Youth and Young Adults

Youth and Young adults begin their discipleship journey in baptism and continue on that journey being led by their teachers and schools.

The Bible says in Proverbs 22:6 “train up a child in the way that he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Through the teachings of the Catholic faith, children learn about love, compassion, fogiveness, and the importance of serving others.

We have very strong links with our Parish Schools (link to school page) and run yearly programmes for First Holy Communion and Confirmation

Children are welcome during all our Services, however typically, the Family mass is held on a Sunday at 9.45am.

During term time Childrens liturgy runs during this mass, where children are led by their Chatecists in the Word of the Lord, adapted to their age groups.

There are sessions for three age groups:

Infants – for school years 1-3
Juniors – for children that have celebrated First Holy Communion

All our Chatecists are fully DBS checked.
